Cottage Ownership Available Within 2 Options

For each cottage shall be constructed according to the general specifications as noted. Upgrade specifications will be allowed only on preconstruction sales. Preconstruction discounts are available.

Each cottage will be constructed to allow four seasons use. Enabling you to enjoy all the pleasures of lakeside living, swimming, boating, cook outs, foliage changes, hunting, ice fishing, snow mobiles, skiing or just cozy up to a book and relax.

There will be only a total of 22 units at Woodbury Shores with plenty of common area and elbow room. This will insure the feel of a private village with friendly neighbors. This is the atmosphere that we have experienced for more that 36 years and we have loved it.

Some cottages are available immediately, and construction of additional cottages will commence early 2008 for 2008 occupancy.

Option 1 Developer built and designed, with unit completely finished cottage, interior and exterior. This is a turnkey type sale.

Option 2 Developer / Owner program whereas the developer constructs the cottage camplete on exterior and the owner can complete any portion of the interior. Flexible building design is more possible.
